What this service is

We run a catalogue of brush sets for Procreate: a website you can browse and an iOS app that makes the same catalogue searchable and installable on iPad. We are an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Savage Interactive Pty Ltd, the maker of Procreate, or by Apple Inc. “Procreate” is a trademark of Savage Interactive Pty Ltd; it is used here only to describe what the brush sets are compatible with.

Brush sets and who owns them

The brush sets in the catalogue come from many different sources and remain the property of their respective creators. Publishing a set here does not transfer any rights to you or to us, and does not replace whatever licence the original creator attached to it.

Before using a set commercially — in paid illustration, branding, print-on-demand, client work or a product you sell — check the licence terms of that specific set at its source and keep a copy of the permission. Commercial rights vary from pack to pack: some allow it freely, some require attribution, some prohibit it. We cannot grant rights we do not hold, and a set being downloadable here is not a commercial licence.

Previews, page text, page layout, and the app itself are ours and may not be copied wholesale.

Takedown requests

If you are a rights holder and your work is listed here without permission, write to exesalle@gmail.com with the page address, identification of the work and a statement that you hold the rights. We remove disputed material promptly while we look into it — you do not need a lawyer to get our attention.

Free content and premium subscription

A large part of the catalogue is free, including a set that rotates weekly. The app also offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the premium part of the catalogue:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
  • Prices are set per region by the App Store and may change; a price change affecting an active subscription is handled by Apple’s rules and requires your consent to take effect on renewal.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • “Restore Purchases” in the app re-checks your Apple Account and restores an active subscription on a new or reset device.

Unless we provide a separate end-user licence agreement, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app in addition to these terms. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them; Apple is not responsible for the app or for support of it.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • scrape or bulk-download the catalogue with automated tools, or mirror it elsewhere;
  • resell, repackage or redistribute sets obtained here as your own collection;
  • circumvent, disable or reverse engineer the paywall or any part of the app;
  • use the service in a way that disrupts it for other people, or that breaks the law where you are.

We may block access that does any of this.

Availability and changes to the catalogue

The service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime. Sets are added, updated and removed over time — including sets you have downloaded before — for example after a takedown request or when a source disappears. Files already imported into Procreate on your device are unaffected by that.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that any given brush set will work with your version of Procreate or your device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost work, lost profit, or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Third-party links and services

Pages may link to third-party sites and stores, and the app relies on third-party services (Apple, RevenueCat, analytics providers). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by leaving the site or deleting the app — subject to cancelling any subscription through Apple, as described above. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s country of residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply to you.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version is always on this page with the date below. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
